GEORGIES BACK TO WINNING WAYS

Our senior team returned to winning ways with a fine 1-0 win over Moreland City, while our under 20 side shared the points with Moreland in a 1-1 draw. The all important winning goal for the seniors was scored by Slaven Vransevic, while Lachlan Smith scored the equaliser for the youngsters. Match reports for both games to follow.

Coach Tony Ciantar has released 19 year old Samuel Antoniaidis, 18 year old Baran Kockaya and 19 year old Ziyad Markous. The latter two were signed earlier this year and managed to play three matches between them, while Antoniaidis joined the club last season and has played nine matches for the club. The club wishes them all the best in the future.
