We are happy to announce that Chaplin Reserve will be our home ground this coming season. The club received confirmation on Friday morning after two final inspections on Tuesday and Thursday. The official letter is below.

'I am happy to announce that Sunshine George Cross has completed all required works at Chaplin Reserve and I can officially declare the venue ready for the State One season. As discussed today, this is also dependent on the pitch being OK like every other ground in our competitions. Currently the ground is fine and the work on it will only improve the quality, especially as the seniors are not currently using the venue for training which is a good decision by the Club. Attached is the final copy of the checklist, and we will be placing a story on the F.F.V. website announcing the hard work put in by the committee. An awesome effort and hope that season 2011 is a successful one for Sunshine George Cross'.
