The big crowd at our Thursday Family Night gave special visitor Steve Richardson a warm welcome back to the club last night, after an absence of 23 years. Steve played 127 games for SGC in the National League between 1983 till 1988, but returned home to Scotland after that. He has retained contact with the club through friends, and this was his first visit down-under since then. Steve enjoyed the welcome and relived many happy memories with many supporters. The big man will be at the club again on Thursday night and would love to catch up with as many supporters as possible.
