| The FFV has announced that the proposed V League for 2008 has been scrapped. FFV officials have stated that they and clubs needed more time to meet and monitor the criterion required for successful applicants in what is an important step forward for football in this state. As yet no official confirmation has been announced of how many teams will be relegated this season. |
