All players are ready and raring to go for the important clash with Heidelberg United at Chaplin Reserve on Sunday. Sunshine George Cross is buoyed with the news that Irish import and former Everton Youth Academy player Alan Kearney has been cleared to play with the Georgies after receiving his international papers on Friday. Alan could get his first taste of V.P.L action on Sunday. Club captain Wayne Wallace is expected to return to Melbourne on Saturday morning after a brief visit to the U.K. to celebrate his father's 50th birthday. Striker John Sapazovski is still having ankle problems and will under go a ftness test prior to Sunday's game before a decision is made. On the downside George Papadopoulos will be a spectator on Sunday after receiving his 5th caution in the game against Hume City.
