Last night the club presented its players and strip to itsmebers and supporters for the 2009 season.

About 100 people came to support the club and to meet the senior and under 21 squads and see the new strip for the 2009 season. All of these people had a really enjoyable night and speeches were made by the hon Charles Borg our president, By Andy O'Dell our senior coach for 2009 and byt he under 21's coach and support staff to both coaches. A group of players were introuced first the under 21's and then the senior team who will give their all going into abttle for our football club in the foxtel cup.

Particular thanks are to be given to a good many people whom without their tireless work this night could not have gone off as well as it did.

The first is Rose Wardle, Rose has been a supporter of the club in Steve's playing days and beyond and her tireless work on this night an other events has seen the club offer many diverse evets which members and freinds alike may take part in.

The second is David our treasurer who acted as the MC on the night, his dulcer tones let everyone know what was going on and the way he has revolutionised the way the club finances are being handled and maintained is second to none and has bought the club into a new era of professionalism.

To the DJ on thin night who kept everyone thorougly entertained with a diverse range of music both old and new and who added a great deal to the event in general. i thoroughly reccomendthe DJ to any function u may have.

To the staff and managment at fairway receptions, they turned out an absolutly immaculatevenue and food that was very good if i may say so myself.

To the rest of the committee of the club many of them did things either in prepearation or on the night to contribute to the success of the event.

A BIG THANKS TO ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO CONTRIBUTED GENEROUSLY TO THE RAFFLE ON THE NIGHT OVER $900 WAS RAISED ON THE NIGHT FROM THE RAFFLE.
