Our Junior club is a family friendly club and we are seeking girl and boy players of all abilities from beginners to experienced. Our growing club prides itself on providing a safe, family friendly atmosphere. Our club believes in training and developing our players to their full potential.
Sunshine George Cross is looking at promoting GIRLS and WOMEN in SOCCER expanding the number of Girls teams this year. The club has already an Under 13 & 14's Girl Team and a Women's Open Age.
* The Women's Open Age team has commenced training for the 2012 season. The ladies had a reasonable season in 2011 by consolidating their position and building a squad for the future. They are looking to take that extra step this season. Any interested female 16 years and older is invited to trail for the 2012 squad. All coaches must hold a Working with Children Check. Positions will involve coaching twice each week on Wednesdays and Fridays with game days on Sunday in the FFV Small Sided Games Competition. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast growing club. You must be committed to the development of all players and have a strong knowledge of the game. * SMALL SIDED COACHES NEEDED
