Seniors Nail Bitting Win against Moreland Zebras

This game started off at a blistering pace and after only four minutes George Cross went ahead, after a beautiful exchange of passes in the midfield which ended up with MANUELL SADIK on the right wing who delivered a great cross into the penalty area. This was met by MUHAMED CHAWK who calmly side footed the ball into the back of the net, it was a great start.

U20's v's Whittlesea Rangers

The boys were looking to make the mostof another Home game.  In front of a good crowd they looked to play some exciting football and tried to maximise the opportunity to get another 3 points.

The game strted as expected with Whittlesea applying some great pressure, frustrating our boys early int he game.  Credit to our team, they composed themselves and found there usual rhythm pretty quickly.  The opening goal of the game was through some brillant build play which found Justin Cutajar 1v1 and after beating his direct opponent from outside the 18 yeard box hit a brillant shot into the back of the net, leaving the Rangers Goal Keeper with no chance.

Missed Opportunity for Seniors

A missed opportunity for our boys to get their third straight win at home in front of a good crowd.

After a fairly even first ten minutes our boys took control of the game. Our coach Tony Ciantar was forced to make an early change when our central strike Bozidar Lojanica went down injured, this gave a young Jordan Brown a chance to come on. We scored at the 22nd minute mark after a great cross from Muhamad Chawk who set up Delfin Mosibe for an easy header for a first goal.
