KNOCKED OUT TWICE

E-mail Print PDF
rayane frihi-luizCentral defender Rayane Frihi-Luiz had a very tough day at the office on Saturday against Clifton Hill when he was involved in two nasty incidents.

The first occurred midway through the first half when he was two-footed tackled head on. The tackle needed medical treatment and it took quite a while before he recovered and limped back onto the field.

The Frenchman was lucky to survive the horrendous tackle without being seriously injured. The perpetrator was also very fortunate to remain on the field.

Rayane was then involved in a head to head clash with a Clifton Hill opponent that saw both players require urgent treatment. Somehow Rayane recovered and played on, but it was discovered later that he could not remember anything about the last 15 minutes of the game.

The solid defender has now fully recovered and hopefully future matches will be less eventful for Rayane.
