2018 christmas party at crThanks to the dedication and hard work of a number of people, the 2018 Christmas Party held on Thursday night turned out to be a great success. Club organisers were delighted with the turn out at such a very short notice and it was great to have Melton Councillors Bob Turner and Kathy Majdlik in attendance.

Youngsters had plenty of activities to keep them amused including a few kicks on the old Chaplin Reserve, the big inflatable jumping castle, fairy floss, pop corn and Santa topped off the night by giving each child and some adults a bag of lollies and a club cap.

Vice- President Darren Farrugia welcomed everyone and thanked all who helped. He re-assured the club's faithful this committee will leave no stone unturned to get the club back where it belongs. Board Member Eddie Gauci informed everyone about the latest on the stadium and said the project should be finished by April 2019.

The committee thanks everyone who made a donation to towards the Colomba Iturra appeal to help the little girl get treatment in the USA for her illness. A total of $400 was raised.

The buzz is back at the club and everyone is eagerly awaiting the 2019 season with renewed hope.
